Chef Charles provides private chef, catering, and meal prep services throughout the greater Las Vegas Valley, including Summerlin, Henderson, North Las Vegas, Spring Valley, Southwest Las Vegas, and the Las Vegas Strip corridor. For locations beyond the valley, a travel fee may apply. Contact us with your specific address to confirm availability.

Yes. Chef Charles regularly serves vacation rentals, Airbnbs, and luxury resorts across the Las Vegas area. Simply provide the property address when booking so we can confirm travel logistics and any applicable fees.

Private-dining requests are preferred at least 72 hours ahead. Requests inside that window depend on chef and ingredient availability, and rush charges may apply under 24 hours. Catering lead time depends on event scope, so earlier booking improves availability for larger events and peak dates. Prime Plates follows a set freshness schedule: orders placed Monday–Thursday are fulfilled the following Monday, and orders placed Friday–Sunday are fulfilled the following Friday.

Yes. A deposit is required to reserve your date for private dinners and catering events. The deposit amount varies by event size and is applied toward your final balance. Your date is not held until the deposit is received.

All payments are non-refundable to the original form of payment. Approved cancellations, reschedules, reductions, or adjustments are issued exclusively as future-use Chef Charles Bell credit or gift card, except where required by law. Nonrecoverable committed expenses (specialty ingredients, rentals, third-party staffing, etc.) may be deducted from any available credit. Last-minute bookings within 48 hours are subject to a rush order fee. Please see our Terms of Service for full details.

Prime Plates is a build-your-own weekly meal prep service. You choose from three rotating tiers — Prime Lite, Prime Pro, and Prime Luxe — and select individual meals each week. Prime Lite starts at $18.50 per meal for 1–4 meals, with automatic volume pricing at 5+ and 10+ total eligible meals. Orders are placed online and fulfilled via pickup or Las Vegas delivery.

You can choose pickup or Las Vegas delivery at checkout. Prime Plates delivery adds a flat $25 delivery charge. Pickup details are confirmed after your order is placed.

Prime Plates uses a freshness schedule rather than a generic 3-day lead time. Orders placed Monday–Thursday are fulfilled the following Monday; orders placed Friday–Sunday are fulfilled the following Friday. Only eligible Monday and Friday fulfillment dates are selectable at checkout.

Prime Plates can review dietary preferences such as gluten-free, dairy-free, low-carb, and high-protein during menu selection. Item-level ingredient and allergen verification is still required before any customer-specific allergen claim; an allergen-free environment is not guaranteed. Fully customized meals are available through the Personal Chef service or personalized prepaid plans after intake.

Meals are prepared fresh and packaged for refrigeration. They typically stay fresh for 4–5 days when kept refrigerated. We recommend enjoying seafood meals within 2–3 days for best quality.
