How does booking work?+

Choose a package and a pre-set menu route, then request availability. A request is not a reservation; the date is confirmed only after Chef Charles Bell reviews the details and the required booking steps are complete.

How much notice is needed?+

Seventy-two hours is preferred. Requests inside that window are subject to chef and ingredient availability; rush charges may apply to requests received under 24 hours.

Can you accommodate dietary needs?+

Dietary preferences, restrictions, and allergies must be provided in writing before menu confirmation. Cross-contact cannot be guaranteed.

What is included in the Private Dinner for Two?+

An $850 chef-only evening for two: a shared three-course menu (salad or starter, entrée with an 8 oz protein per guest, and dessert), approximately 90 minutes of plated service, standard kitchen cleanup, and local travel. Premium ingredients, a dedicated server, extended travel, rentals, florals, alcohol, and additional service time are upgrades quoted separately before booking.

What is quoted separately?+

Premium ingredients, alcohol, bartenders, additional staff, specialty rentals, extended time, travel, parking, and other nonstandard needs are confirmed separately before booking.

What if my group is larger than the package limit?+

For groups larger than 12 for a plated private dinner, or larger than 16 for welcome dinner or brunch, use the Catering page for larger-format service.
