Before you submit
Include the dates, location, guest count, service timing, kitchen access, dietary needs, and any travel requirements. Travel work is billed at the published hourly rates, and approved hotel, airfare, transportation, and baggage are paid before cooking begins. Requests are reviewed within one business day.
