Prime Plates Training Partners

Turn Nutrition Into a Member Benefit.

Sponsor chef-prepared Prime Plates meals for eligible members without storing, handling, distributing, or reselling food. Your program funds the benefit; Prime Plates runs the food operation.

Sponsor-funded

Your program funds an approved meal allocation.

Member benefit

Eligible members receive the meals as a complimentary benefit.

Chef-managed food

Prime Plates owns menu, production, labels and food questions.

The Model

A Sponsored Benefit - Not a Food Resale Program

Members do not buy the sponsored meals separately. The training partner does not store, handle, distribute, or resell food.

Founding pilot framework

50 meals / $600

One-time prelaunch allocation - $12 funded per meal.

Use the pilot to test member interest, meal-selection behavior, pickup logistics, and retention value before committing to a recurring production cycle.

No member meal charge. No speculative inventory.

Standard program framework

100+ meals / $10 each

Prepaid sponsor funding per production cycle.

Fund 100 or more meals per cycle; add volume in 10-meal increments. Example: 20 members x 5 meals = 100 sponsored meals.

One consolidated sponsor invoice per approved cycle.

The pilot and production-cycle frameworks are subject to written approval, current operating capacity, and the operating conditions stated below.

Cycle Flow

How a Sponsored Week Works

01

Set eligibility

Choose which members receive the benefit and how many meals each person may claim.

02

Members choose

Eligible members select from the approved fixed menu through the program-specific selection path.

03

Approve the cycle

Prime Plates aggregates selections; you confirm the funded allocation and pay one sponsor invoice.

04

Prime Plates fulfills

We procure, cook, portion, label, refrigerate, and hand meals directly to eligible members.

Opening Menu

A Fixed Menu Keeps the Pilot Simple

A sponsor cycle begins with an approved menu rather than individual custom-order production.

01
Teriyaki Chicken Thigh + Rice + Broccoli
02
BBQ Chicken Thigh + Roasted Potato + Cabbage
03
Chicken Breast Marinara + Pasta + Broccoli
04
BBQ Chicken Breast + Sweet Potato + Carrots & Peas
05
Teriyaki Ground Turkey + Rice + Carrots & Peas
06

Sample founding-pilot menu. Final menu is confirmed for each approved production cycle.

Optional co-branding

$299 one-time setup

Create program and label assets for your training partner. If 500 sponsored meals are fulfilled within 60 days, the $299 is returned as a Prime Plates sponsor-account credit.

Co-branding is optional and is not required for the 50-meal pilot.

Prelaunch status

Availability is gated by operating approval.

This page describes the intended commercial program. Paid production and fulfillment begin only after Prime Plates completes the required health-permit, labeling, food-safety, tax, insurance, and launch approvals. A partner inquiry does not create an order or funding obligation.
